      丝杠及预紧装置采用预拉丝杠和精密丝杠轴承，保证了产品尺寸精度，有效解决客户加工精度的要求。

      刀具系统采用伺服刀塔换刀方式还具备刀架板排刀，伺服刀塔具有高刚性结构，重切削时稳定性优异。定位精度与重覆精度高。刀盘转动与分割定位采用高性能伺服马达驱动。动作快速，定位精准。换刀快速。动作顺畅，无噪音。使得换刀时间缩短，增加了客户生产效率。

      The base bed is integrally cast and widened and extended base. The 30°C inclined bed structure has high stability and shock absorption performance. It adopts symmetrical design, the guide rail increases the span, the reasonable guide rail length ratio, and the high quality casting material vibrates. The aging treatment eliminates the internal stress of the casting and ensures the stability of the machine.

      The system adopts a new generation system with high quality performance, and its convenient operation greatly facilitates the use requirements of customers.

      The lead screw and pre-tensioning device adopt pre-drawing rod and precision screw bearing to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the product and effectively solve the requirements of customer processing precision.

      The tool system adopts the servo turret tool change method and also has the tool holder plate row cutter. The servo turret has a high rigidity structure and excellent stability during heavy cutting. Positioning accuracy and repeat accuracy are high. The cutter head rotation and split positioning are driven by a high-performance servo motor. Fast action and precise positioning. The tool change is fast. Smooth movements and no noise. This shortens the tool change time and increases customer productivity.
